TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All grocery orders will be packed and charged before your arrival. Therefore,
we require your credit card number and expiration date in order to accept the
order. Your order will be filled within 48 hours. Please do not call the store
to check the status. We will call you when it is ready for pick-up. Please note
that most orders are for in-store pick up. We now have a senior shopping hour
from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. to allow seniors to pick-up in-store. This is a low
contact pick up method as your time in the store is very brief. Some important
information to keep in mind:
1) If you require delivery or curbside pick-up,
please acknowledge at the bottom of your list that you fall into one of these
Delivery - You are medically quarantined,
severely immune-compromised, or a senior citizen who has no means of getting to
the store. We will need your delivery address.
You are severely immune-compromised or a
medical professional actively working the FRONT-LINE of this pandemic. Note
that curbside pick-up is only available Monday- Thursday and must be
pre-approved and scheduled by Barth's Market.
2. Note that we will fill your order with items
that are in-stock. If your item is not available, we will fill your item with a
close substitute, if possible. If there is no substitute, we will remove the
item from the order. We cannot call customers to confirm inventory.
3) Once you have submitted your order, it is final. NO CANCELLATIONS
CHANGES CAN BE MADE. We will not delete or add items. If you want to add items,
please place a new order.
4) If you do not provide your credit card information, your order will be
